We had this trampoline for almost a year.  You will need to find replacements for the elastic poles supporting the jumping mat and a new jumping mat.  We've seen a few of these trampolines being sold off on Craiglist for parts so you may be able to mix and match parts to make this a good working trampoline again.
The elastic poles are what replaced the springs on a traditional trampoline.  A few of the poles have cracked and some are not bouncing back the way they should.  The mat is ripped in the middle where the all the kids normally have to jump on since it's round and there isn't much space.
The kids already got a much easier to maintain spring trampoline so they do not need this one any more.
