WWI WW2 Italian M1891 Mannlicher Carcano Terni Arsenal Bayonet & Steel Scabbard

This WWI WW2 Italian M1891 Mannlicher Carcano Terni Arsenal Bayonet & Steel Scabbard is in fair condition and does show signs of service and age. The bayonet is an early M1891 and is clearly marked with the Terni Arsenal's stamp. The original wood grips are cracked, but still securely riveted to the tang. The crossguard is serialized and there is a second, smaller stamp on the opposite ricasso. The blade has been sharpened, but not harshly, and the point is still strong. The scabbard has a slight bend in it but has no hard creases or cracks in the body. Please examine the photographs carefully as they will offer the best description of condition.
